माझ्या जवळ/कडे गाडी आहे (mAjhyA javaL/kaDe gADIAhe)
मेरे पास १० गाडीयां है. ( mere pAs 10 gADIyAM hai)
माझ्या जवळ/कडे १० गाड्या आहेत (mAjhyA javaL/kaDe 10 gADyA Ahet)
मेरे पास गाडी थी ( mere pAs gADI thI)
माझ्या जवळ/कडे गाडी होती (mAjhyA javaL/kaDe hotI )
मेरे पास १० गाडीयां थी(mere pAs 10 gADIyAM thI)
माझ्या जवळ/कडे १० गाड्या होत्या(mAjhyA javaL/kaDe 10 gADyA hotyA)
अनुप के पास घडी होगी ( anupa ke pAs ghaDI hogI )

In Hindi we say मेरे पास घर है(mere pAs ghar hai), मेरे पास गाडी है(mere pAs gADI hai). Such sentences are said in Marathi, exact same way. In Marathi such sentences are formed as follows :-
सामन्यरूप(sAmanyarUp) form of my/his/ ‘s etc.

form of “to be” i.e.असणे (asaNe) as per tense and
gender, multiplicity of noun

We also use "to have" to indicate relationships.
To indicate relation, in Hindi we say मुझे दो भाई है(mujhe do bhAI hai), mujhe tIn mAmA hai (मुझे तीन मामा है) etc.
Marathi sentence is same as in Hindi. In such sentences in Marathi we use preposition "To" i.e.ला(lA)
e.g.
मुझे दो भाई है(mujhe do bhAI hai)
मला दोन भाऊ आहेत (malA don bhAU Ahet )
उसे तीन चाचा हैं ( use tIn chAchA haiM)
त्याला तीन काका आहेत (tyAlA tIn kAkA Ahet)
रवी को दो बच्चे थे ( ravI ko do bachche the )
रवीला दोन मुले होती (ravIlA don mule hotI)
उसे भाई नहीं है ( use bhAI nahIM hai )
त्याला भाऊ नाही (tyAlA bhAU nAhI)
उसे कोई भी रिश्तेदार नहीं थे ( use koI bhI rishtedAr nahIM the )
तिला कोणीही नातेवाईक नव्हते (tilA koNIhI nAtevAIk navhate )
