In Hindi sentences like “Let him play”, “Let me say" are said as उसे खेलने दो ( use khelane do )मुझे जाने दो ( mujhe jAne do ) 

In Marathi such sentence is formed by appending “ऊ दे”( U de) to verb.

This is an imperative/command statement. So when saying somenone with respect you will append “ऊ द्या” (U dyA).
Examples will make it clear

Examples :-
उसे खेलने दे ( use khelane de )
त्याला खेळू दे ( tyAlA kheLU de )

उसे खेलने दो/दीजिये ( use khelane do/dIjiye )
त्याला खेळू द्या ( tyAlA kheLU dyA )

मुझे खाने दे ( mujhe khAne de
मला खाउ दे ( malA khAu de )

मुझे खाने दो/दीजिये ( mujhe khAne do/dIjiye ) 
मला खाउ द्या ( malA khAu dyA )

उसे ( स्त्री.) बोलने दे  ( use ( strI.) bolane de )
तीला बोलू दे ( tIlA bolU de )

उसे ( स्त्री.) बोलने दो/दीजिये ( use ( strI.) bolane do/dIjiye ) 
तीला बोलू द्या ( tIlA bolU dyA ) 

तुम सब उसे गाने दो ( tum sab use gAne do ) 
तुम्ही सगळे त्याला गाऊ द्या  ( tumhI sagaLe tyAlA gAU dyA  )


Negative sentence :-
In Hindi negative sentences is formed using "मत दो" e.g. "जाने मत दो","करने मत दो" etc.
We have already seen how to create negative imperative sentences in Marathi. So negative imperative for verb “दे” (de) is “देऊ नकोस”(deU nakos ) for singular you
and “देऊ नका”(deU nakA) for plural you.

Take below examples :-
उसे (स्त्री.) खेलने मत दे ( use (strI.) khelane mat de )
तीला खेळू देऊ नकोस  ( tIlA kheLU deU nakos  )

उसे (स्त्री.) खेलने मत दो/दीजिये ( use (strI.) khelane mat do/dIjiye )
तीला खेळू देऊ नका ( tIlA kheLU deU nakA )

मुझे खाने मत दे ( mujhe khAne mat de )
मला खाउ देऊ नकोस ( malA khAu deU nakos  )

मुझे खाने मत दो/दीजिये ( mujhe khAne mat do/dIjiye )
मला खाउ देऊ नका  ( malA khAu deU nakA  )

कौशिकको बोलने मत दे ( kaushikako bolane mat de ) 
कौशिकला बोलू देऊ नकोस  ( kaushikalA bolU deU nakos  )

कौशिकको बोल मत दो/दीजिये ( kaushikako bola mat do/dIjiye ) 
कौशिकला बोलू  देऊ नका ( kaushikalA bolU  deU nakA  )
